2How do I request fabric swatches for bedding?
We offer fabric swatch delivery for all bedding items. Visit our Contact page to request swatches before placing your order.
3Are all products handmade?
Yes. Nearly all of our products are handmade or hand-finished by skilled artisans in the UK or outside, depending on the category.
Shipping & Delivery
1Do you deliver across the UK and Europe?
Yes, we offer delivery throughout the UK and selected countries in Europe. Additional charges may apply depending on location.
2How long does delivery usually take?
Delivery times vary by product. Most customized items are delivered within 4–12 weeks. You will receive estimated timelines at checkout or when confirming your order.
3Can I track my order?
Periodic order updates with the status shall be sent to your registered email and/or mobile number.
Payment
1What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as bank transfers. Secure checkout is available on all orders.

Returns & Cancellations
1Can I return a customized item?
Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or repair as appropriate.
Product Details
1Are all your products made in the UK?
All bedding products are handmade in the UK. Other furniture and planters are produced outside the UK and Europe, depending on the material and design.
2What kind of marble, glass and wood do you use?
We use variety of premium natural marbles including but not limited to Royal Dino, Polaris, Crema Marfil, Black Marquina, Travertine (Various colors) and Botticino, as well as high-grade walnut, Ashwood and Oak finishes veneer and solid wood, We use MDF and Melamine for various applications. All glass pieces are mostly tempered, please confirm before order.
3How should I care for my Luxury Furnishing product?
Each product comes with specific care instructions. In general, avoid harsh chemicals, use coasters for drinks, and lift rather than drag items to protect finishes.
