Due to the handmade nature of our products, actual dimensions may vary slightly from those listed. We allow for a tolerance of up to 2 cm in any direction. This tolerance does not affect the overall quality or usability of the product and is considered standard in handcrafted goods.

Please note that marble is a natural material and its veining, tone, and patterning are inherently unique to each slab. As such, we cannot guarantee uniformity or exact replication of appearance across different items or even within a single piece. Variations in veining, coloration, and natural markings are considered part of the material's beauty and authenticity, and do not constitute grounds for return or complaint.

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full at the time of order via the available secure payment methods.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed. Luxury Furnishing is not liable for any delays caused by third-party couriers or customs clearance processes.

As many of our items are made to order, we do not accept returns on customized products unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Standard items may be eligible for return within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original condition. Contact us before initiating any return.

All bedding products offered by Luxury Furnishing are handmade in the United Kingdom. Other product categories such as marble tables, wood furniture, glass elements, and planters are manufactured outside the UK and EU, depending on the specifications and nature of the item ordered.
